CEO Mirum Asia Pacific
Nanda Ivens began his journey with J. Walter Thompson in 2012, when XM Asia Pacific, the network’s Asia Pacific digital agency, acquired Magnivate, a Jakarta-based digital agency in which Ivens was a partner. Magnivate was renamed XM Gravity after the acquisition.
Ivens was promoted to CEO of XM Gravity in January 2014, and in December 2014, was again promoted to take on the regional role of XM Asia’s CEO. He became the CEO of Mirum Asia Pacific when XM Asia became part of Mirum, J. Walter Thompson’s global digital agency, in February 2015.
Prior to joining XM Gravity, Ivens served as both Vice President of IndoPacific Edelman Indonesia’s Digital, Technology and Consumer practice, and the Indonesia Director of Edelman Digital. He also worked in London at Neo@Ogilvy, The Economist, and Mindshare Interaction.
Ivens, who is Indonesian, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University, Massachusetts, US.
