Citra Damayani Agus leads IMX, which is Indonesia's first mobile advertising exchange under the mobile advertising division of Indosat.
Agus joined Indosat in 2014, after her role as digital champion in Nestlé Indonesia. As digital champion, she was assigned to do digital transformation for employees of Nestlé and its 21 brands. The intention was to endorse the consumers to become its brand advocates, and to initiate the first data management for all of its brand's family.
Agus has more than 10 years of experience in the agency world, working on media, strategic planning, creative and digital before becoming the head of marketing communication at Nestlé. In this role, she was responsible in taking care of advertising media, digital, and call center across Nestle’s brands.
